Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Homitecture, each product is thoughtfully crafted and made to order. We maintain high quality standards to ensure every piece meets our expectations before reaching you.

2. Made-to-Order Policy

All our products are made to order and production begins only after payment is confirmed. Due to this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges once an order is placed.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • After this period, production is initiated and cancellation is not possible

4. Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (natural in textile products)

5. Proof Requirement

To process a return request, you must:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos showing the damage or defect

Requests without proper proof may not be eligible for approval.

6. Return & Resolution Process

Once your request is verified:

  • We will offer a replacement of the product
  • In cases where replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in case of approved defective or damaged products
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

8. No Refund After Delivery

As all items are made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns after successful delivery, except in cases of verified damage or manufacturing defects.

9. Product Variations

Due to the nature of handcrafted and textile products, slight variations in:

  • Color
  • Texture
  • Pattern

are natural and not considered defects.
