  • Production begins only after payment confirmation
  • Processing time: 2–3 business days printed (may vary based on product type)
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days Machine made (may vary based on product type)
  • Processing time: 14–21 business days handmade (may vary based on product type)

3. Delivery Timelines

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination and customs clearance

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotions

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or Whatsapp
  • You can track your order in real time through our logistics partner

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

10. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

  • Do not accept the package (if visibly damaged), or
  • Record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours
